Our learning hub brings online safety courses, webinars, guides and resources together in one place.
Streaming CPD
It’s easy to get started with National Online Safety. Simply choose an individual course, resource or a membership, create an account, select a school and checkout by invoice or card. You’ll be taken straight to your chosen product and you can start learning straight away. The hub will track your progress and you can continue where you left off when you want. Our hub is available anytime, anywhere on any device.

My CPD
The My CPD area is where you will find all the CPD you have started and completed. Here you can quickly continue learning, watch webinars again and submit reviews to improve our service. You can also vote for the next CPD you would like to see featured in the hub.
Browse CPD
The Browse CPD area is where you can search our library of available CPD. Here, you can quickly filter CPD based on a topic or simply search and sort. Non-members can easily purchase new webinars. Topic members will be able to access all webinars in their chosen topic whereas Leader and School members will be able to access all our current and future webinars.
CPD Report
The CPD Report area is where you can monitor your CPD progress or view all completed CPD. Here you can see the webinars you haven’t yet finished as well as being able to download both individual webinar certificates or all previous certificates from those webinars already completed.
Managing Users
Schools who have a Certified School Membership have the ability to invite all their staff to access our CPD. We’ve made this easy with three options for schools;
- Add users individually
- Bulk upload a template spreadsheet
- Email a custom invite link to staff.
Users simply confirm their account and can start accessing CPD immediately.
Tracking CPD
Schools who have a School Membership have the ability track CPD across the whole school. There are two simple dashboards. The first allows you to track the roll-out of the membership across your workforce, ensuring everyone has logged in and completed their first CPD. The second gives you access on reports across any of our CPD to see who has started and who has completed it. You can also download certificates for any user in the system.
