Certificate in Legionella Awareness

Course Duration: 26 Minutes

About the Course

Companies have a legal duty to manage Legionella under the updated Health and Safety Executive’s code of practice. Legionella bacteria can cause Legionnaires’ disease and cause serious harm to people’s health. Therefore, leaders of every premises with a man-made water system must ensure that the system is free from bacteria, safe to use and regularly maintained.

This essential CPD course provides you with the core content you need to learn more about the health risks created by Legionella bacteria, the legal responsibilities of duty holders and how to develop control measures, including risk assessments.

Split into bite-size modules, the training has been designed to provide maximum learning potential in the leanest, most cost effective and most time-efficient manner. It has been produced in high quality remote video CPD format which is accessible on any device, anytime, anywhere.
