Ella Savell-Boss is an international safeguarding trainer, NSPCC accredited safeguarding trainer and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited person-centred and Gestalt therapist.
She has provided safeguarding services to over 20 schools and organisations and held several key positions including Extended Schools Manager, Children’s Services Manager and Director of Safeguarding for the Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust.
She is a Home Office approved Prevent trainer, has trained as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and is the Education Lead for Sandwell Stopping Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and lesson plan development. She is also the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust lead on round table discussion for adult learning and community engagement.
Ella was also personally acknowledged by the National Refugee Council for her contribution to their education toolkit and has regularly been invited as a keynote speaker and conference chair at events.
