Emma Spiers

With over 25 years’ experience in the early years sector, Emma works nationally and internationally to provide training and school improvement support across academy trusts, local authorities, schools and early years settings.

Emma is a ‘hands on’ trainer, mentor and coach. Her passion is to bring quality early years provision and best practice to life through fun, engaging and playful learning and intentional interactions. Emma is practical and full of ideas, believing that quality learning can be very simple and highly effective for all children in the EYFS.
