Janet Clarke

Janet has worked for the past 18 years as a Teaching Assistant/HLTA at a rural primary school in West Cheshire, and, in 2010, assumed the role of teaching and leading French across the school. Determined to maintain the enthusiasm the children had for language learning, she has helped introduce a number of initiatives, including role play, songs and raps which involve parents, residential trips to France and appointment of year 6 language ambassadors.

Janet is the primary language representative on the Manchester committee of the Association of Language Learning (ALL).
