Konstantina Moustaka

Konstantina Moustaka is a professional development and EYFS coordinator at a nursery school in London ranked “outstanding” by Ofsted. Konstantina has been working as a nursery and early years practitioner for the past 16 years and has worked both in the UK and in Greece.

Konstantina has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in early childhood studies. She has a keen interest in continual professional development and trains staff in her current setting to help achieve the best possible outcomes for their pupils. Konstantina also has significant experience in self-regulation and emotion coaching, which she integrates within her methodology for practitioner training. It is her belief that doing so aids in the personal development of teachers, school leaders and pupils alike.
