Laura Hodges

Laura Hodges has substantial experience in early years settings, most of it gained through her previous role as a nursery manager. She has been fortunate to be exposed to many experiences which have shaped her skillset and ability to support other practitioners to develop high-quality childcare provision. 

Over the past few years, Laura has acquired a focus and passion for developing outstanding leadership, in turn helping leaders to engage their teams. She has the opportunity to do this in her current role as a childcare specialist within a large nursery group. She also leads the development of a company-wide coaching culture across many nurseries via a bespoke coaching programme. Additionally, Laura works with external early years organisations to support training and development. 

Laura is very passionate about developing leaders and individuals in a holistic way to ensure that they recognise their unique talents to bring out the best, motivated, and positive version of themselves each day!
