Michaela Lawson

Michaela is a primary school teacher, entrepreneur, public speaker and member of the Global Equality Collective. She is passionate about issues pertaining to gender and race, and, as such, started her business (The Prosperity Project) in July 2020, with the intention of increasing the racial literacy of teachers in the UK.

She is well versed in topics such as institutional racism, racism in schools, unconscious bias, and decolonising the curriculum.
