Sally Thorne is Head of Humanities and a history teacher at an 11-18 school in Bristol. As well as having nearly 20 years' teaching experience, she is a fellow of the Schools History Project, an honorary fellow of the Historical Association, a speaker at history conferences, a senior examiner for GCSE History and a writer of books, blogs and tweets about teaching history.
