Publish date: 27.11.19
Technology and the internet are part of our daily lives. It’s almost impossible for our children to avoid coming into contact with the online world. From social media apps to messaging services to online gaming, it’s important that we, as trusted adults, help to protect them from harm. But it’s just as important that they too know how to respond to online dangers. That’s why we’ve created this useful guide for children outlining various online safety do’s and don’ts to help empower them to make the right decisions when interacting with the online world.
This guide is just one of over 50 guides for parents included in our NOS Certified Community package!

At National Online Safety we believe in empowering parents, carers and trusted adults with the information they need to hold informed and age-appropriate conversations about online safety with their child, should they feel it is needed. Every Wednesday we produce guides to focus on specific platforms/risks which we believe trusted adults should be aware of. Please get in touch with us should you have a suggested platform you would like us to focus on by emailing us at hello@nationalonlinesafety.com.
