This webinar will provide headteachers, school leaders and teachers with practical guidance and advice on developing and implementing an effective digital strategy audit in order to identify gaps, strengthen current practice and build a successful action plan.

Completing a digital strategy audit is essential for assessing the lifespan of the current equipment in your setting. It enables you to discover where knowledge and understanding are lacking within the staff body so that targeted training can be offered to upskill in those areas.

In this webinar, Brendan O’Keeffe, head of computing and director of digital learning, explores how to create a simple and reusable framework to audit existing systems, the importance of reviewing hardware and software, and how to implement feedback provided by staff.
