They are a powerful demonstration that once something is released onto the internet, it can resurface at any time – with serious consequences. Now that employers and higher education providers routinely evaluate a candidate’s ‘digital footprint’, errors of judgement online can have an enduring legacy for a young person’s prospects.
In this webinar Andrew Davis, a social media expert with 20+ years’ experience working with organisations to improve their digital footprint, examines the visibility and durability of a person’s online persona, the potential risks when posting anything online, and the various benefits of a young person maintaining an online identity that accentuates the best aspects of their real-world self.
