On 6 October 2022, the UK Council for Internet Safety (UKCIS) published their updated online safety audit tool for trainee and ECTs and guidance for ITT/ECT mentors. The documents should be used to provide ongoing support, development and monitoring of teachers’ understanding of online safety in education and strengthen their awareness of policy and practice.
